International orders are welcome.
Estimated shipping times:
Germany: 3-12 business days
International: usually 2-3 weeks, all shipped via priority mail
Prints will be covered with a plastic case to protect them from humidity and shipped flat in a firm envelope. They will further be stabalzied by additional cardboard to provide a maximum of protection.
Return & Exchange
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please document the damage and get in contact with me at email@example.com as soon as possible. I will arrange to send you a replacement order provided that you cover the shipping and handling cost. If the print cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out, you will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
Shipments can be tracked via a provided tracking number that should work with the website of your local post service or any other website that provides international tracking. In the unusual case that you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org .
I will be able to verify whether your order has shipped, and check the tracking status. In most cases a delivery was attempted, and your package is waiting for you at your local post office.
The Squarespace checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Squarespace has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors.
